Anolon 3 Quart Casserole Pan Giveaway CLOSED

GIVEAWAY CLOSED! Congrats to Kezia Jauron!

I teamed up with Anolon for their Cook and Tell event on Facebook, which features bloggers and chefs with their favorite pans and delicious recipes you can make with those pans. I’m happy that I could bring the vegan/plant-based message to this new community of home cooks and share my favorite vegan casserole dish for Thanksgiving.

When I was asked by Anolon which pan I would like to feature I immediately went for the 3 Quart Covered Casserole to replace a Le Creuset buffet pan that never made it back to me after I returned from Asia. I’ve had so much fun with this pan creating casserole recipes for our Cooking Tool of the Month feature. Look at all the recipes we’ve features so far.

  3. One of our favorite casserole-type dishes to bring for holiday meals is Quinoa and Pumpkin Seed Pilaf. It’s so easy to make! Nice to add tempeh or sauteed mushrooms if the dinner host isn’t preparing a vegan option. Plus, it doesn’t look or taste too unfamiliar for those eating a SAD diet. Can be prepared with beautiful colors too (carrot, kale, corn, beets, green beans)! Prepare it in a covered casserole pan. Easy to transport and warm up!

  11. Growing up in an Asian family we didn’t start celebrating Thanksgiving until 3 years ago – and dinner would (and still does) consist of a huge turkey and purchased sides from Boston Market.

Now that I’m a vegan I’m set on making a vegan Sweet Potato Casserole – it will be one out of 2 vegan dishes this year that I’ll be creating to ensure I have something to dig into while everyone else surrounds the turkey :)
