I teamed up with Anolon for their Cook and Tell event on Facebook, which features bloggers and chefs with their favorite pans and delicious recipes you can make with those pans. I’m happy that I could bring the vegan/plant-based message to this new community of home cooks and share my favorite vegan casserole dish for Thanksgiving.
When I was asked by Anolon which pan I would like to feature I immediately went for the 3 Quart Covered Casserole to replace a Le Creuset buffet pan that never made it back to me after I returned from Asia. I’ve had so much fun with this pan creating casserole recipes for our Cooking Tool of the Month feature. Look at all the recipes we’ve features so far.
