Over the course of the weekend you will be introduced to or furthered in your practice of hatha yoga techniques with Nicole while being nourished by delicious vegan meals prepared on site by Christy. Opportunities are available for participants to learn more about the connection between yoga and veganism, to further their knowledge of yogic practices, to ask questions about vegan cooking and nutrition, and to spend quality time with a like-minded group of attendees. You do not need to have experience with hatha yoga OR be vegan to participate in this gathering, but bring an open mind and a willingness to learn more about these two related topics!
