If you didn't already know I'm heading back to Thailand this week to work on the first all vegan Southeast Asian cookbook with May Kaidee, Thai chef extraordinaire. I don't want this to be like any other cookbook that takes traditional food and just turns it vegan. I want beautiful, creative, delicious, inspiring recipes that use the influences of these countries to take the traditional foods to a new level of cuisine and taste.
I'm reaching out to you and my fellow bloggers to be a part of this amazing project!! If you have recipes that are original and influenced by Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, and Thailand, we'd love to hear from you! This gives you a great opportunity to be published! It will be full color, beautiful photography, and be distributed all over the world.
If you would like to have your recipes considered for the book please email me by February 15th with a Word doc. Rights will remain yours for any recipes that are chosen and your name and blog will be listed as a contributor for the book. There's only a few spots available for contributors, so send us your best Southeast Asian recipes today!
If you have any questions about this project feel free to email me or leave it in the comments.
Thanks and I look forward to your recipe submissions!
Thailand is covered! Please send recipes from the other countries listed.
